The Board of Commissioners of the International Human Rights Organization (HQWQ) decided at its headquarters in Switzerland to appoint Mr. Mahmoud Mohamed Fayed Al Hammad as Goodwill Ambassador.
"As a result of your deep appreciation for your concrete support for the promotion of education, health, development and peace, as well as for your contribution to support the objectives of the HQWQ Center for Human Rights and to highlight its efforts," the Director-General of the Human Rights Center, Ambassador Edward Chapsog, told Mr. Jabbar. The United Nations Organization for a Better World, and in particular your absolute commitment to uphold and uphold the ideals and principles enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations.
